Office director: Maha Ayadah Al Aenzi

General objective: organizing and supervising all office work, administrative activities and facilitating workflow.

Tasks:

  • Complete administrative and financial tasks for the vice president’s office.
  • Supervise editing work, prepare responses and letters, and oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence from the vice president’s office after reviewing and noting them.
  • Organize meetings, contacts, and appointments with the vice president.
  • Directly supervise and organize confidential correspondence for the vice presidency.
  •  Handle communication, including receiving reviewers, answering inquiries, and managing calls, faxes, and emails.
  •  Refer transactions to relevant authorities in line with the vice presidency directives and provide necessary guidance.
  •  Supervise and monitor vice presidency employees, develop their abilities, and enhance their performance.
  •  Prepare periodic reports for employees to enhance workflow and performance.
  •  Arrange appointments based on instructions from the vice president.
  •  Supervise appropriate file filing mechanisms and provide necessary equipment for the vice president’s office.
  • Make necessary arrangements and follow up on official trips for the vice president inside and outside the kingdom.
  •  Provide periodic reports on office activities and achievements to the undersecretary.
  •  Review regulations from the Ministry of Education and Ministry of human resources and apply them to the vice president’s work.
  •  Complete other tasks assigned by the vice president.
