Director of the office: Mona Mufleh Al Ruwaili

General objective:

The main goal is to offer guidance to the University agency for female students' affairs with aboutn's development and to find ways to enhance the services provided for female students, thus enabling them to participate actively.

Tasks:

  • Create plans for office activities and ensure their successful implementation once approved.
  • Facilitate the task of advisors in collecting data and information from specialized units.
  • Assist with processing reports provided by advisors, including tasks such as printing, organizing and directing them for presentation to the vice president for Student Affairs.
  • Follow up on consultants ' contracts and notify the vice president for Student Affairs about any updates.
  • 6. Coordinate visits for advisors and make necessary reservations in collaboration with relevant units.
  • Collect and present performance evaluation results for each period and submit the performance report to the Vice president for Student Affairs.
  • 8. Ensure timely disbursement of advisors’ bonuses and follow up on all financial matters with the finance department.
  • 9. Identify the office's human resources, equipment, and material needs and facilitate their provision.
  • 10. Identify training needs for office staff and nominate them for appropriate training programs.
  • 11. Prepare periodic reports on office activities and achievements with proposals for performance development.
  • 12. Complete any other assigned tasks within the limits of competency.
